Build a complete content ecosystem without publishing repetitive filler.

01

Start with an idea that can travel

A strong source contains a clear claim, useful evidence, a memorable example, and an implication for the audience. Thin source material only creates more thin assets.

Write the central idea in one sentence. Then identify what the audience should understand, feel, or do differently after engaging with it.

02

Assign a job to every format

Use a short post to create recognition, a carousel to explain a sequence, an email to add context, a video to demonstrate, and a long article to become the durable reference.

Do not force every source into every channel. Select the formats that improve the idea rather than merely increasing output volume.

  • Extract the core claim
  • Choose channel-specific audience intent
  • Change the opening and structure
  • Preserve the underlying evidence
  • Link each asset back to a useful next step
03

Build a content pathway

Connect small assets to deeper ones. A social post can lead to the article; the article can lead to a relevant product; the product can lead to support or another guide.

Internal links make the collection more useful to readers and help search engines understand which pages belong together.

04

Review for repetition

Place the finished assets next to one another. If the openings, examples, and conclusions are nearly identical, revise them around the native strength of each format.

Keep a record of which angles earn meaningful replies, saves, clicks, or sales. Use that evidence to choose the next source idea.
