From expertise to digital product in one weekend
How to package what you know into a resource people can use immediately.

Choose a narrow transformation
Start with a problem you have solved repeatedly for yourself, your team, or clients. Define the starting state, the finished state, and the decisions someone must make between them.
Narrow products are easier to explain and easier to use. A complete proposal system is more compelling than a broad collection of business prompts because the buyer immediately understands the outcome.
Package the method
Outline the product as a sequence: diagnose, decide, create, check, and apply. Add templates only where they remove a genuine blank page. Add examples where users might misunderstand the expected depth or format.
The resource should be usable without requiring you to explain it live. Write short setup instructions, define every input, and include a completion checklist.
- One clearly named outcome
- A guided sequence of steps
- Editable templates or prompts
- Examples and quality checks
- A next-action checklist
Build the smallest complete version
Complete does not mean enormous. It means the buyer can reach the promised outcome without discovering a missing step. Remove bonus material that distracts from the core transformation.
Use the first version yourself from beginning to end. Every moment of hesitation is a signal to improve the instruction, example, or order.
Create a trustworthy product page
Show what the resource contains, who it is for, what it helps produce, and what format the buyer receives. Previews reduce uncertainty more effectively than inflated claims.
Connect the product to relevant guides and use cases so visitors can understand the method before buying. Clear expectations create better customers and fewer support requests.
